Vintage WWII Era Pressed Steel Toy Airplane

A great old pressed steel toy airplane in original, "played with" condition. The wings are orange, the wheels are yellow, and the body and tail are black. Under each wing is a glued on square with a black panther, and the words "bombing squadron 3." There is a black panther logo on each side of the body behind the wings. It is complete on one side, ½ gone on the other side. The dimensions of the airplane are: 18 1/8" wingspan, 11 3/4" length of plane, and 2 1/4" body width. There is no rust, except on the propeller, but a lot of chipping on the orange wings from many years of play. An excellent piece for admirers of toy airplanes!
