Early General Store Blue Enameled Tin Allspice Bin

Very collectible and fun to display, this general store allspice bin is sure to please! This Tin general store display piece is enameled in blue, with a cameo of a young girl petting a parrot on a stand. it has hand decorated darker blue trim, with clusters and sprays of yellow roses and blue flowers. The bin has a lower roll-up door with a tin knob. There is a top fill hole with handled cover. There are some overall spots of chipping, due to age and use, and some white paint spots from  long ago  wall painting  efforts. The paint has been touched up on the ends of the allspice label.These things do not detract from the charm of this piece, but need to be mentioned for accuracy. Dimensions of the general store allspice bin are: 9" wide, 12 3/8" tall, and 9 1/2" deep at the base, 7 3/4" deep at the top. This great early period allspice bin would be an attractive addition to any general store collection!
