Model T Wheel & 4 Oak Scythe Hall Tree
Why settle for a traditional hall tree when you can enjoy a beautiful and unique hall tree? We have created a very attractive and sturdy hall tree from four antique oak wood scythes (minus the blades!). The scythes were refinished & the model T wheel sanded and refinished a dark golden oak, and then attached by their bolts to corresponding original holes in the steel wheel rim. The handles were nailed together at the center and wrapped in rope. It is a fun and functional hall tree! Dimensions of the hall tree are; 62” tall, 25” wide at the widest point, and the wheel is 20 ½” in diameter. The wheel spouts its original “Ford” hub cap, and one scythe has an original manufactured label. A perfect hall tree for a country home!
